ELSS is a Support service based in Coatbridge. We are currently providing Home Support to People based in their own homes. You will be working alongside an established Team.

Within the role of Support Worker you will be expected to provide individualised and outcome based care to younger Adults and Elderly

Joining our team you will be part of a care and support team who are kind and caring to all. It is essential you bring with you a great work ethic and sense of humour
- One year previous healthcare experience.
- Experience of working with younger Adults
- A knowledge of Electronic Care Planning would be advantageous.
- You will be car driver.
- You will provide personal care, Washing and dressing, Bathing or showering activities.
- Meal Preparation and cooking meals.
- Carrying out moving and Handling.
- Support with Adults with day to day activities.
- Supporting with house work and social Support.

Please note we do not offer sponsorship

**Salary**: £11.75 per hour

- Coatbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
