- Customer Relationship Ergagernem [single Kin of contact for Customers].
- MI ownership and management [number of claims, member en errors].
- Liaison with Commerdal, Production, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Transportation, Warehousing and Customs.
- Active participation In oast swerg projects — waning a owl& other areas.

goods returns.
- Single point of contact fcr BosUk UK internal departments [Customer Service, Finance, Commerdal and Supply

Chain] in relation to updates on claims Investigation, issuing credit rotes, goods return, amongst others.
- Leading point of contact for Bostik's 3PL [Third Party Lc:Ostia Provider] to ensure Goods ReturT are

actioned as per expectations and requirements [plows of goods In good condition, track retums].
- Commuricete with outside hauliers regarding tier ivories and coiled:kr&
- Supplycustomer if required with proof of dellyerim, copy Intakes and credit room as required.
- Contribute to the proems d condnuous improvements by Identifying and recommending systern and

proem:heal Improvements.
- Ensure all aspects of job function comp4y with health, safety and err-rironmental standards as determined by company

policy and statutory requirements

- Responsible for ensiling business profitability targets within Job perimeters managing and issuing credits without

affecting Bostik's profitability.
