We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month secondment for a clinical educator post to support the children's surgical services within Nottingham Children's Hospital
This is a great development opportunity for an experienced children's surgical nurse to gain new skills and competencies in supporting learners, preceptors, assessors and supervisors within the children's surgical footprint.
You will work closely with the children's education and leadership team to deliver bespoke education and training needs for staff working across the children's surgical floor and supporting the Division in education and training when required
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident, passionate about teaching and flexible in their approach, using their own initiative, with an ability to prioritize and work on multiple strands of work.You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be an exceptional clinical role model. The team are passionate about getting it right for our patients and our staff and will support your personal development whilst in this post.
