Supply Chain Planner

Our Supply Chain team works with suppliers across the globe to forecast, order, and track the delivery of our products to our UK locations.
It is a crucial stage in the supply of our products to our customers and a role that requires the effective supply of goods at two warehouses and comprehensive analytics to ensure each season is our best one yet.
Supply Chain Planners have a pivotal role in this process with regard to working with Design, Quality Control, Shipping, and Procurement teams. We work intensively with data, forecasting, planning, and in-depth analytics to provide an absolute view to the business. delivering the best “no limits” service to our customers.
**The knowledge and experience you will need are**:
- Supply chain-orientated experience (3 years+ preferred but not essential)
- Capability to work with multiple data sources.
- Adept in Excel.
- IT Literate with intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Open and confident to learn new processes and systems.
- Proven strong communication skills.
**Let's take a look at your key tasks**:
- Analysing stock flow for Banner retail brands.
- Qualitative & quantitative data analysis.
- Lead Strategy & Operational meetings.
- Drive and improve own brand strategy.
- Report building & administration.
- Building yearly campaigns and plans.
- Scheduling purchase orders.
- Raising receipt notes.
- Managing ~ 2,700 SKUs personally.
- Reviewing forecast against sales performance.
- Maintain availability of stock.
- Supplier management and collaboration.
**And these are the attributes we are looking for**:
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems.
- A dynamic problem solver individually and collaboratively.
- Strength in communicating, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Forecasting experience is desired but not essential.
- CIPS or relevant accreditation advantageous.
- Proven ability and confidence in making buying decisions.
- Confident in working independently.
- Experience in defining and establishing a demand planning process.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective and independent time management.
- Ability to maintain accurate reporting and analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and organised.
- Seasonal buying experience desired.
- Knowledge of garment production would be beneficial.

**Your working week will look like this**:
This is a full-time, permanent role. We work on a 39 hour a week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with no weekend work. Hybrid working as option after successful probation.
