Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the supply chain and other teams to ensure that the operations of the organisation are captured, processed and reported appropriately
- Manage and lead the delivery of projects, enhancements and new systems by working with the user community & IT teams to develop requirements, build project plans, test scripts/scenarios, training and any necessary supporting documentation
- Working as/in partnership as a supply chain function analyst along with other IT teams and internal departments to deliver technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of the region and Global organisation.
- Support the day to day work of the supply chain and other services by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented.
- Work with the business, IT and 3rd parties during the planning process, implementation and support
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, recommend, and implement integrations between different technology platforms to enhance efficiency, functionality, and security.
- Monitor the performance and stability of the systems, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technology systems, processes, and configurations to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience as a Technology Analyst or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
- Previous working closely with the business defining requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
