We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers hybrid working, 1-2 days in the Coventry office each week.

**As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, your key duties will include**:

- Organizing and overseeing risk assessed Provider quality assurance activity
- Coordinating the validation of assessment decisions through moderation and verification, monitoring delivery against expected timeframes, and ensuring satisfactory sampling of assessment decisions takes place
- Supporting the monitoring of Assessor/EQA performance, moderating assessments, and recording actions and sanctions
- Supporting the scheduling and delivery of EQA standardization and collating feedback from EQAs
- Coordinating quality assurance meetings, including the collation of product performance data for analysis
- Supporting the process for center approval, updating approval records against KPIs before approval meetings
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
- Knowledge of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets
