This is an exciting opportunity to help us meet increasing demand for our advice and information services in these challenging times.
- You will provide a welfare benefits advice service to people with the aim of maximising their income.
- You will undertake casework, assisting clients to access their entitlements to welfare benefits and other sources of financial help.
- Your casework will include assessing the clients’ circumstances, liaising with them and third parties, and assisting the clients during the whole of their journey with Citizens Advice.
- You will receive comprehensive training to learn about our work and be trained on our system and processes, ensuring you have all the skills you need to succeed and thrive in this role, with the opportunity to progress within our organisation.
