**Job Description**:
Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Large Loss Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of Large Loss claims for the Scotland region. As a Large Loss Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing claims resulting from Fire, Flood or Escape of Water.

Key Responsibilities:
" Manage a portfolio of Large Loss claims resulting from Fire, Flood or Escape of Water
" Travel to policyholders' homes addresses 2 to 3 times a week to assess contents damage, record all losses, value and negotiate claim settlements for contents items
" Arrange and manage alternative accommodation for policyholders if required
" Control and manage the claims spend, making authorised payments
Key Requirements:
" At least 5 years previous experience of working in an insurance claim related handling role
" High level understanding of insurance/indemnity policies and legal structure
" Proven capability of claims negotiation with policyholders and Loss Assessors
" Full and clean driving licence
