**What you’ll do**:
As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will drive the standard in Online Sales by selling an agreed number of new vehicles using best practice selling techniques, sound product knowledge, and compliance with sales procedures. You will provide courteous, professional, and advisory service to all customers to maximise our opportunities, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager, you will act as the first contact for interested retail and business customers. By providing excellent customer service and communication based on each customer’s unique needs, you will help inspire new customers to choose Care by Volvo.

You will process enquiries appropriately on the CRM system (Salesforce) to enable future follow-ups, upsell customers by outlining the benefits of premium grades, packs, and options, and support marketing initiatives by maximising the conversion of inbound leads.

You will also be required to acquire new customers by following up leads generated from direct marketing campaigns by outbound calling and perform outbound calls to potential customers to qualify them as sales leads with the aim of converting them to a prospect and later a customer.

You will also be encouraged to proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our customer’s experience and work collaboratively with our Customer Relations department to ensure all sales-related customer requests can be handled effectively.

- Evidence of a track record in high-volume sales.
- Good communication skills (oral and written) with great presentation, influencing, and negotiating skills)
- Use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Demonstrates resilience, self-motivation, and a commitment to self-development, actively seeking positive feedback.
- An ability to adapt and react positively to changes in assignments and priorities.
- Calm under pressure with an organised nature and strong attention to detail.
- Be motivated by working in a fast-paced, dynamic team with the ability to adapt, manage and meet deadlines.
- Understands the needs of both customers and the company and demonstrates this in their work.

- Salary of 28.000£-31.000£ DOE.Salaries are being reviewed and benchmarked annually.
