**Our values**
Aim high: Set bold objectives that push the limits of what’s possible. We continually raise the bar for excellence by challenging ourselves and the capabilities of our technology.
Be disruptive: The world has never been changed by rebels without a cause. It’s also never been changed by passive observers. Be bold enough to be the first. Be right enough to create lasting change.
Transparent delivery: We foster reliability, consistency, and trustworthiness at all levels of our company. We are honest and transparent about what we can deliver and follow through on our commitments.
Better together: Great ideas aren’t created in a vacuum. We value joint problem solving, collaboration, partnerships and alliances to embrace our collective strengths.
Open heart, open mind: Everyone you know, knows something that you don’t. Embrace everyone regardless of position, background or experience. Listen to other people’s ideas. Be receptive to differences and avoid assumptions.
Play the long game: Prioritise sustainable growth over short-term gains. We invest in our people and products with a long-term mindset which translates into results that stand the test of time.
