**Title: Panel Wirer / Electrical Wireperson**

The Best Connection is working with our client who are a well-established engineering company based in Washington. Due to expansion they now have a vacancy for a Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter.

Duties will include:

- Building control panels from wiring schematics
- Drilling/ tapping and some basic mechanical work
- Fitting components including 33kV switches, reactors and capacitors
- Testing & inspection in preparation for customer FAT tests
- Electrical fault finding

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of tools and instruments of the trade
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Precision and attention to detail
- Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure the smooth running of projects

Hours of work:

- Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm

Pay rate:

- £15.50 per hour this is negotiable based on experience

The role is being offered on an ongoing basis with a view to becoming a permanent role.
