**Are you a proactive, self-motivated, and organised individual looking to make a difference in an exciting industry?**

We are looking for a Team Administrator, to sit at the heart of our client’s team, supporting the Category Managers, involved in all areas of the department work, ensuring the efficient running of projects, and maintaining administrative systems.

**Your main duties will include;** undertaking routine administrative duties, day-to-day management and updating of internal systems, ability to create Excel and PowerPoint documents to a high standard. You will also assist with management ofphotography (including diary management, briefs, attending shoots, saving images), ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments and attend meetings and interpret information accurately to produce high qualityminutes.

This is a diverse role where every day offers something different. Your other key responsibilities will be showroom management, assisting with the preparation for trade shows and any other displays/events as required, maintaining the back-office of the tradewebsite, and gaining a full understanding of the market through research and internal sales information.
