The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving sales through building customer relationships and penetration of 3M products through channel partners
- Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
- Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
- Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
- Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised
Your Skills and Expertise
- Good understanding of business processes
- Full sales cycle experience - generating lead to close
- Experience in inside sales or field sales with a proven track record for success
- Self-motivated and strong drive to succeed
- Excels at selling on the phone
- Customer oriented and professional communication
- Problem solving orientation
- Analytical and data driven
- Challenger mindset
- High level of resilience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience of virtual selling via various platforms (Teams, Zoom) beneficial.
- Approachable with a high social competence and ability to work in a team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
Role Location: Loughborough, Bracknell, or Manchester
Remuneration
Salary - £high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
