**Learning & Development Administrator**:
**20 hours per week**:
**Salary £14,285 per annum**:
Here at Norwood, we are looking for a confident and motivated Administrator to work within our Learning & Development team for 20 hours per week (10am - 2pm). This role is hybrid working Monday - Wednesday in the office and the remainding 2 days from home.

Our Learning & Development Administrator is primarily responsible for booking new employees onto our Induction training and getting them up and running on our e-learing system.

**What you will do**:
Your role will involve but is not limited to the following:

- Contact all new starters to confirm attendance of the Induction programme and update all systems
- Facilitate access for all new joiners to our eLearning system and chase for completion of eLearning, when necessary
- Ensure the induction process for new starters is managed accurately and within strict deadlines

**What are we looking for?**
- A high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent IT and systems skills
- Excellent organisational and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse with all stakeholders effectively
- Experience of booking training courses/ arranging similar events would be desirable
- Experience working with LMS would be desirable but not essential.
