The role consist of having a good administrative overview of the Education and therapeutic provision, and 'rolling your sleeves up' and getting stuck in with what is needed, while supporting other admins remotely in undertaking day-to-day tasks and functions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day customer service liaison
- Maintain relevant databases..
- General admin and organisation of daily/weekly/monthly planners.
- Support the management of the organisation’s website.
- Work closely with the other Administrators (based on other sites) in ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure various legislative guidance and regulations are met through quality assurance compliance checks.
- Research and pursue projects within the organisation aims and objectives.
- Help to organise events, visits, various paperwork and systems to support the day to day operations
- Support the Leadership’s diary organisation and provide PA services such as arranging meetings and preparing meeting notes.
- Work with a range of data, data input, data analysis and production.
- General marketing of services the organisation undertake as needed, and associated tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A Higher education qualification in an area of work relevant to the role.
- Evidenced ICT skills
- At least 1 years full time experience working in a relevant position
- At least 1 years experience dealing with desktop publishing and customer service.

**Salary**: £21,748.00-£24,797.00 per year
