In your first few weeks in this Customer Service role, you can expect to:

- Provide effective and regular feedback to customer service agents to drive continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Act as a role model through regular call listening both in the moment and retrospectively exploring opportunities for improvement
- Support the Training Adviser to identify areas of improvement for new starter and refresher training
- Deliver audits to ensure EGS compliance.
- Experience of customer-related systems and processes
- Experience of a contact centre environment preferred
- Experience in implementing changes to processes and systems desirable.
