To support the continued growth in our clients' sales activities, they require an exceptional Sales Assistant to assist with their various sales and prospecting activities. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player who is well presented, articulate and have excellent written and non-verbal communication skills. You will be an outstanding organiser and have the capacity to manage and prioritise tasks received from multiple sources across the two business functions. Academic qualifications are of interest, however experience, especially from within a previous business development focussed environment will be considered of greater significance.

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Supporting the business development team with the processing of sales leads
- Liaising with prospects to assist with scheduling meetings
- Assisting with the production of proposals, agreements and meeting follow-ups
- Assisting with pre and post event organisation and communication
- Attending exhibitions and events
- Contributing to the research and organisation of new sales opportunities including prospect lists for events and prospecting
- HubSpot task maintenance, sequence template creation and general CRM good practice
- Weekly and monthly sales reporting including board presentations

**Person Specification**:

- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Assistant roles
- Ideally across a variety of business functions
- Experience in a professional services environment would be advantages
- An enthusiastic team player with a ‘Can Do’ approach and resilient attitude
- Confident, outgoing and highly organised, with drive, initiative and enthusiasm
- A willingness to learn, work hard, contribute to the team and develop new skills
- Highly organised, structured and disciplined
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple activities
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- The confidence to propose new and improved processes and effect positive change
- A level of understanding of data protection and compliance regulations (D)
- Written and spoken EU language skills (D)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Scoro (D)
- Knowledge and experience using HubSpot (D)
