**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our existing café bar managment team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in our for and drink offerings.

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of the café bar, including stock management, cash management, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensuring our product is delivered at all times in accordance to specifications and to the highest possible standards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the management team to coordinate food and drink offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and inhouse compliance guidelines, process and procesures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience management in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Expeienced barista.
- Knowledge in experience in an alcohol led drinks offering.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking - all are a must
