Nursing Matrices Confidence in Caring, Safety, Documentation, Nutrition and Tissue Viability. Responding to incidents and complaints Maximising attendance Maximising staff compliance with mandatory training Manage a team of staff including appraisal, performance management, team meetings. Risk Management.

Management of budget. Management and admin functions to ensure the smooth day to day running of the ward. Ongoing professional development. Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways.
