Warehouse Supervisor

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager / Head of Operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of inbound/outbound operations for COCON's stockroom, which includes inventory management, team management, order fulfillment & logistics (picking& packing, order in/outbound etc) operations, member collections and deliveries, inbound/outbound shipments, and bag care and repairs. You will lead a small but growing team, manage their professional development and promote a collaborative culture based onCOCOON values during a time of high growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Owner of the daily site operations for the stockroom, operations include, security, inbound deliveries and collections, picking & packing orders, order management, bag care, repairs & maintenance, merchandise shipments, site safety, and inventory management
- Drive operational excellence and best practice with a key focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure that your team have clear and realistic objectives and targets, are motivated and driven to achieve them at all times
- Build team rotas, extend current operational hours to deliver improved service for our Clients
- Motivate your team and support the Operations Manager and other departments to achieve site performance targets whilst building a collaborative culture and abiding by the COCOON values
- Responsible for staff scheduling and shift assignments, including tracking and reporting
- Ensure your team adheres to all safety standards and operational SLAs
- Report on production rates, staff utilisation, stock levels, warehouse capacity, inventory accuracy/loss, and overall efficiency
- Create forward looking plan for weekly product assembly targets, inbounds/outbounds schedule, and staff scheduling
- Act as a business owner and represent the site when working closely with cross-functional partners including Member Relations, Product & Platform, Buying & Merchandising etc
- Notify key stakeholders to resolve any issues or gaps with any warehouse equipment needed to run operation including packaging, warehouse facility equipment, IT equipment etc
- Assist the site Operations Manager in the overall logistics and new strategic projects as required

**Requirements**:

- Operations and Stockroom Management or supervisor experience within an ecommerce environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills are a must
- Positive leadership style is a must, and must be second nature.
- Analytical skills, incl Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets preferred
- Team player and positive attitude

- This is an in-person role and will need to be based at the office / warehouse in order to fulfil the role
