Qualitair Aviation are delighted to be recruiting a **Manufacturing Engineer Manager**for a client based in Holland.

The Manufacturing Engineer Manager directs, assesses and coaches the team of Manufacturing Engineers and is together with this team responsible for setting up and improving processes for the benefit of an efficient production process.

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of Manufacturing Engineer Manager you are responsible:

- For determining product features based on customer specifications;
- For creating associated manufacturing and inspection resources;
- For product configuration management;
- For the delivery of work instructions, process instructions and FAI documentation;
- For machine qualifications, process qualifications and product qualifications;
- You lead the team of Manufacturing Engineers and you participate on (cross-departmental) projects.
- You evaluate the department results and initiate process improvements aimed at shorter lead times, higher efficiency, lower complexity and lower costs.
- Higher education HBO/WO within Engineering, Design and Innovation of aviation technology;(or equivalent)
- Knowledge and experience in IT and Project management;
- Knowledge and experience in process improvement techniques (preferably Lean Sigma Black belt);
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
