**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Process orders, track shipments, and manage inventory, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- **Communication**: Liaise with internal teams, ensuring proper coordination, sharing relevant information, and facilitating efficient communication.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline customer service processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
