Passion4Training are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist or Registered Nurse to be part of our trainign team who is keen to provide our phlebotomy courses through quality hands-on face-to-face training and to provide live blood draws competency assessments.

This position is flexible and is provided on an employed casual worker basis or is suitable for a freelance trainer.

The ideal individual that we are looking for is:

- Confident in their communication skills and is able to teach a variety of different levels of staff within health and social care from beginners to experienced staff.
- Must be reliable and have excellent attendance
- Able to use IT equipment to deliver training and to communicate with the team
- Has 2 years of clinical experience in a phlebotomy/ clinical setting and is competent in assessing others.
- Has previous teaching/ mentoring experience and a Level 3 Award in Education/ Trainer Certificate and Training.
- Enjoys training and developing others
- Excellent time management - we ask all trainers to ensure they prepare and plan for their training sessions and work with our in-house quality assurance team and accreditors to deliver high-quality training courses.

Essential requirements:

- Experienced Phlebotomist/ Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in teaching/ mentoring.
- You must have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PTLLS or Trainer Certificate.
- Full training will be provided.

The pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: £20.00 - £22.00 per hour
