**About us**:
Gemtex provide the UK market with and maintain high quality modular boilers, plant room equipment & chemical free water treatment.

**Position**:
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join us and help manage our team heating engineers with their daily workloads. The position will be ideal for an individual who has strong Customer Service skills and administration experience along with being IT literate and having great organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the mail inbox and ensuring all service and maintenance queries are actioned in a timely and professional manner.
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls.
- Raising jobs/quoted/orders on the in house CMR system
- Dealing with the renewals and quoting for new maintenance contracts.
- Managing the team of engineers and organising their work loads and stock.
- Liasing with the engineers and processing the job reports for customers
- General office admin.
- High standards of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and ensure deadlines are met
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Abiluity to work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Diary management and scheduling experience

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
