**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the Front of House staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensuring a positive dining experience for students, staff and visitors.
- Working collaboratively with the wider catering team to maintain a smooth professional operation

**Job Details**
- Full time: 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
- Term time: working 4 days Monday to Friday and either a Saturday or Sunday
- School holidays: working predominantly Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: The Catering operation runs from 6.30am until 8.30pm, Monday to Sunday during term time and provides a reduced service during non-term time. Hours of work will be scheduled between these times.
