**Warehouse Nights Team Leader**

Our TVDC Distribution team has a new and exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Nights Team Leader to join the expanding team, to support Senior Management by leading a team in the efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain providing the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for.

**About the Role**

As a Warehouse Nights Team Leader you will be responsible for the night to night running of the team within the warehousing and support Senior Management by leading a team in the efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain providing the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for.

**This will include**:

- Being the first point of communication for staff and is responsible for ensuring a productive team at all times.
- Identifying non-performing staff and after consultation with the Assistant Manager, take appropriate action i.e. additional training/ disciplinary discussions.
- Ensuring that staff breaks are taken at the correct time and return to the department is prompt.
- Reviewing standards regularly, and to conduct activities to ensure the continual development of all members of staff. This will include monitoring of performance, coaching and training.
- Ensuring that all members of staff adhere to the Company’s Business Dress Code.
- Ensuring that Housekeeping and Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Allocating responsibility for the packing and through processing of all customer orders to individuals within the team.
- Ensuring that all customer orders are processed correctly and to the agreed SLAs.
- Assisting in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and actions are logged for future reference.

You will be someone who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills, with the ability and willingness to multi-task. You will also be able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance. You will be an individual who has strong customer services focus, when dealing with both internal and external parties and can manage a high performing team by maximising the potential of our colleagues.
