**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**As an HR Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting our people and line managers covering the entire employee life cycle.**

The role will include managing employee relations cases, Additionally, the role will expect you to support the team absences, wellbeing, performance management and guiding delivering HR projects contributing to our people strategy and managers on people related issues. being an advocate of our employee values.

Your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential in this role. The delivery of clear and accurate advice is paramount.

Partnering with Line Managers, you will advise on all employee relations matters, such as performance management, grievance and disciplinary issues and long-term sickness absence including occupational health referrals and GIP referrals.

Experience managing all TUPE matters is crucial in this role. You will be required to project manage the process, including collating and reviewing TUPE employment liability information (ELI), leading staff consultations and coordinating the transition process for inbound and outbound TUPE transfers

In addition, you will should be experienced with managing the redundancy process including leading consultations and completing all associated administration.

In this role you will also work closely with the HR Manager to review and update existing polices and help create new ones in line with changing legislation and best practice.

**Other duties will include**:

- Manage HR cases end-to-end and support managers to conduct investigations and check investigation reports, invite/outcome letters, with the help of an HR Administrator.
- Manage flexible working requests end-to-end, including the coordination of formal meetings and drafting outcome letters.
- Assist in developing and delivering line manager training on HR matters, including disciplinary and grievance, conducting effective appraisals and TUPE.
- Support the annual salary review, promotion and bonus processes as required.
- Keep fully up to date with all developments in terms of employment legislation and employee relations issues.
- Supporting the development of the HR Administrators.

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**

A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work is required. CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent experience is preferred.

Excellent and professional communication skills with the ability Working practice of Cascade or a similar HRIS. to build gravitas amongst stakeholders is paramount.
Ability to multitask and manage a large number of complex

Comfortable to work autonomously with a flexible and cases simultaneously. collaborative culture.

Commercial acumen.
