The role would suit a qualified solicitor (Scottish Qualified/ England & Wales) with 2 + years PQE. This is also a hybrid role.

Our client is keen to further grow their commercial practice in Scotland and are keen to recruit a number of commercial solicitors into this fast growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Partner recognised as an expert within their field and work with an impressive client base of global and national clients. **The Role**

You will lead on commercial advise and work in close partnership with your client base to advise them on a broad range of commercial matters, this will include the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of complex commercial contracts, supply, distribution, procurement, technology contracts and any related IP matters.

**The Person**

You must meet the following criteria
- Qualified Solicitor - (SRA Qualified Lawyer/Scottish/E & W)
- Must have 2 + years PQE with some previous experience of working in commercial law
- Previous knowledge of advising clients around the negotiation & drafting of a range of commercial contracts
- Strong communication skills with a client first approach
- Technically strong legal drafting skills
