**Commercial Associate/Senior Associate - Edinburgh/Glasgow**

If you are a commercial or in-house solicitor 2 to 7 years PQE, we want to hear from you

**The Role**

Working as part of this innovative TMT team the commercial associate or senior associate will get the opportunity to work with key clients across a range of sectors advising them on a broad range of commercial and digital law matters to include negotiation and drafting of a broad range of technology and general commercial contracts. This team involves regular secondments to clients in a range of sectors.

**The Person**

You will be:

- Qualified Solicitor - England & Wales
- 2 to 7 years PQE
- PQE gained in a commercial lawyer role either within private practice or in-house
- Strong experience of negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills and client first approach
- Strong legal drafting skills with experience of drafting bespoke contracts
