We are looking for experienced, qualified practitioners who strive to give children the best possible start in their learning journey. You will be working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year. Although qualification is preferred, we are happy to hear from anyone who feels like this is the role for them.

Here at the Bell we are hands on, active and ready to explore everything alongside our littlest learners. Being part of the early years community is a special place and allows a whole new world of wonder for everyone who steps into it.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Being responsible for a small group of key children, under supervision of the Room Manager.
- Being part of a fun, stimulating, inclusive environment for all children.
- Meeting the needs of individual children and their stages of development.
- Develop bonds with parents with a high standard of communication.

No two days are the same with us and you will always be learning and playing along the way, whilst the children take you on some fantastic adventures.
