- As the HR Business Partner, you will be able to shape, guide and support the business to grow and develop its people to drive excellence in the UK.

With a UK team of around 60 colleagues, you have the opportunity to positively impact the careers of every colleague, whilst shaping our culture in line with current and future developments.
- The Role at a glance
- Coach, mentor and advise at all levels of the business from Apprentice to Managing Director on all people matters in the business
- Champion the whole people life cycle in close collaboration with the HR teams across Mercedes-Benz Trucks UK & EvoBus UK to create top class people activities
- Attend and participate in leadership and management meetings to support all functions in everything people and business
- Working with DTFS head office and international colleagues to develop and implement people change activities, including being the expert on HR systems as they are launched
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly HR housekeeping tasks including the creation and evolution of policies, always making processes simple and easy to use. Complete all reporting activities required locally and by head office
- Responsible for our compensation and benefits framework, including overseeing the administration of our payroll processes Influence at all levels to support making the right decisions first time, while fostering a culture that everyone feels included and able to be themselves at work
- Always using data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions, leveraging insight to proactively seek and implement solutions.
About you
- You are an experienced HR professional who is able to prioritise day-to-day activities with the bigger picture and future thinking. DTFS UK is still a relatively young company so having an understanding of developing and growing culture would give you an advantage while recognising the history and size of the global Daimler Truck family.
- An understanding of financial services is desirable. However, the mind set to be agile, self-sufficient and a true role model and leader in the business is what will make you truly successful in this role.
