- AS5316-24-115**Do you have experience in customer focussed administration? Then come and join our busy Academic Registry Team, where you will contribute to the delivery of effective administration to support our sponsored students.**

Your role will be to ensure that the University of Brighton is fully compliant with UKVI sponsorship duties in regard to international students. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of operational activities and the university’s procedures in relation to the admission and enrolment of international students, ensuring the accuracy of records and adherence to university policy and Home Office regulations.

You will work closely with colleagues across the university to ensure the university fulfils its sponsor duties and appropriately manages associated risk. The role involves record management including handling of sensitive data, and liaison with external agencies including the Home Office.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a knowledge of the student lifecycle and student administration in higher education
- Is able to plan and prioritise a range of work activities, delegating tasks and meeting sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Demonstrates a practical approach to problem-solving and provision of support and guidance
- Can identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements
- Is a confident communicator, who is patient and sensitive to the needs of others

The University offers an agile working policy which allows you to split your time between working in the office and at home. In this role you would be expected to work in the office on our Moulsecoomb campus for two days a week.
