Hi

I'm the head coach for under 15's junior reds football team who currently will be in selkent D league.

We are based in south east london welling

I'm seeking serious committed young players to add to the team we are pushing for promotion this season and would like to bring in few fresh faces who have good ability and ready to commit to training and matches

I'm seeking defenders/strikers/midfielders/ between ages 14 and 15 years old

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in football practices and games
- Follow the instructions and guidance of the coaching staff
- Attend team meetings and film sessions
- Maintain physical fitness and conditioning
- Collaborate with teammates to execute game strategies
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship and adhere to the rules and regulations of the game
- Represent the team and organization in a positive manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience playing football at a competitive level
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with coaches and teammates
- Physical fitness and stamina to endure the demands of the sport

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per month

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

- Welling: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MINUMUM FOOTBALL PLAYING: 3 years (preferred)
