We have an exciting new opportunity to join our expanding Marketing Team and looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the team with events, sales team support and asset creation, as well as liaising and fulfilling operational club team marketing requests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full responsibility for the Management of the Marketing inbox.
- Support the Brand Manager (Events and Sponsorship) with the production of materials; print and digital for our active event calendar and support her with event execution (e.g. sourcing goody bags for RunningLab or checking in attendees for Yard Games or working with trainers on event schedules).
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager with all sales team and operational club team requests e.g. printing assets for corporate days, creating signage or vinyl’s for communications in club.
- Support Brand Manager (Digital and Social) with some organic social media posts including Third Space Spa and The Pearson Room.
- Support the team with budget tracking and PO raising for suppliers.
- Contribute to team’s market insight awareness by pro-actively seeking out competitor new classes, media and event activity and where relevant concisely communicate to relevant team members.
- Develop strong relationships with the General Managers, operational teams, sales, finance, Spa, NFF and develop relationships with relevant agencies and external health and fitness influencers.
