London, United Kingdom Phoenix Community Housing Full time

**Job Description**:
In this role you will be responding to legal enquiries and requests from leaseholders and their legal representatives for information relating to assignment of leasehold property. You'll be ensuring that information is dispatched in a timely and accurate manner and be responsible for collection of any outstanding monies prior to completion. You'll be liaising internally and externally to determine future liabilities for new leaseholders.

We are looking for someone who can offer a high-quality service to homeowners across south Lewisham. You will be responsible for delivering excellent legal and customer service to Phoenix residents, meeting performance targets and striving to improve the Specialist Housing Services team.

This role will suit you if you have excellent organisational skills and strong influencing/communication skills. If you are confident with IT and adept at learning IT systems, as well as being a good team worker then this really is a role to consider. You will combine close attention to detail and efficient time management with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. There's pressure here too, which you should be able to work well under.

**About Phoenix Community Housing**

Phoenix is a housing organisation with a difference.

We’re led by our residents, with tenants as our Chair and Vice Chair and with residents as the largest group on our Board. Some housing associations talk about resident involvement. We live and breathe it every day. We believe this is our core strength and it’s helped us achieve a wide range of accolades and awards.

We’re based in south Lewisham, London, and are proud to be building new homes in our area thanks to a £60million investment. Our first development - a 60-home extra care scheme for older people - has won a range of architectural awards.

We’ve grown as a housing association, taking on the management of 1,500 more homes in late 2021 to bring our total number of homes to around 7,800. The change means more residents will have an opportunity to get involved with Phoenix and steer our future direction.

If you think you’re the right person to help us make the next stage of our journey, then we’d love to hear from you. We strongly believe in a work-life balance so we’d be pleased to talk about part-time flexible working and job-sharing options.

Our benefits include 30 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays). We have a generous pension scheme along with a wellbeing programme, comprehensive learning and development package and a culture of employee involvement.

Phoenix is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
