**Full Time/Part Time Finance Assistant**

**Salary**: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales and Purchase Ledgers.
- Assist in the production of monthly Management Accounts within specified deadlines.
- Ensure proper storage of supporting documentation for audit readiness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum AAT Level 3 qualification.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
- Experience in a similar role/environment.
- Familiarity with IT packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Xero Accounting software preferred but not essential.
- A valid driving license preferred but not essential.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong numerical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Organised and methodical approach to work with great attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,800.00 per year
