Contracts Administrator

We are recruiting for a **Contracts Administrator** to work on behalf of our NHS client based in Blackpool. This is a temp to perm role.
The position of Contracts Administrator will provide a professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Contract Manager.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administration of the function and in addition to administrative and project support to the Contracts Manager and Head of Medical Engineering.
**Main Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager in retrieving contract quotes for medical devices from all areas of our supplier base
- Follow-up overdue responses to ensure appropriate deadlines are met
- As part of the Administration team, the post holder is responsible for providing cross-cover for other secretarial and administrative staff as required
- Organise a range of monthly contract meetings, necessitating co-ordination of internal and external members. This may include booking venue, notifying participants, collating, and issuing of agenda and supporting papers, minute taking, their circulation and chasing any necessary follow-up action. Organizing presentation equipment i.e. laptops / projector etc.
**Qualificiations & Experience**
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office
- Experience in working in a reactive and high pressure environment
- Be able to work unsupervised/organise own workload and demonstrate an ability to work under pressure
- Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Able to listen and carry out instructions effectively
- Proven ability to work in a team, be supportive of team members
- Ability to meet strict deadline and prioritise own workload
- Good planning and organisational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £10.43 per hour
