As the Lettings & Sales Negotiator you will assist in the delivery of; property lets, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups and instructions.

Previous industry experience is essential as you will need to evidence your time within residential Lettings & Sales, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.

We ask that you have:

- A minimum of 18 months residential Lettings experience
- Full knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the operation of residential lets & sales
- Good negotiation and influence skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own Vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
