**Job description**:
The RD SW & RFCA Executive Admin Support Officer is responsible to the Head of Establishment (HOE) Fort blockhouse (FBH), providing an efficient administrative support service to all staff at the site and that all activity conforms with all agreed DIO TLB processes and operating procedures.
**About our Team**:
DIO Regional Delivery SW&RFCA (Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations) are responsible for the effective management of the Defence Estate in the South West Region, maintaining the MOD built estate and supporting our Customers throughout an extensive geographical area.
We are committed to the effective delivery of appropriate Infrastructure Services, Facilities Maintenance and customer directed additional works programmes.
Specifically, the team at FBH are responsible for the provision and management of all services provided to keep the site in a safe and compliant manner, as well as ensuring all operational outputs are maintained to an appropriate standard. This is a challenging environment, which provides a developmental opportunity for the incumbent to gain knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Supporting line management in delivering departmental goals.
- Acting as focal point, liaison with all the Lodger Units, internal and external organisation for effective establishment management.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements e.g. H&S training.
- Encourage and promote collaborative working relationships both within the team and with wider teams.
**Administration**:
- Management of daily routine business of the Support Unit Fort Blockhouse (SUFB) Registry.
- To staff routine incoming/ outgoing correspondence on matters relating SUFB/ DIO business as appropriate.
- Any other relevant administrative support tasks as directed by the HOE.
- Sign routine correspondence in relation to Administrative matters contained within the role and purposes on behalf of the HOE(FB).
- Making the best use of resources including stationery.
**Meetings**:
- Producing agendas/minutes for SUFB instigated meetings.
- Acting as Secretary for various meetings including, Site Closure, Lodger Units and SHEF Committee.
**Travel Requirements**:
- Some travel and occasional overnight stay may be required.
