A Specialist Insurance Broker is hiring an Insurance Risk Coordinator to join their team based in East Grinstead.
This role will act as the liaison between Clients, Sales and Survey teams to build good working relations ensuring clients always receive an excellent level of service. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring all data entry activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Being the point of contact to resolve or escalate where appropriate any customer and surveyor issues
- Ensuring survey reports are sent and received in line with company and customer contractual obligations and expectations
- Any other responsibilities that may become necessary for the proper performance of the role
To be considered you must have good administration skills, strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Previous commercial insurance/SME experience is essential as you will need to be familiar with insurance terminology.
