Belfast, United Kingdom Welcome Organisation Full time

**F/T Women’s Services Coordinator**

This is an exciting opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness which some females experience. The Womens’ Services Coordinator will support the service manager and team to ensure the provision of high standards within, Annesgate our 10 bed nightly ‘crash’ and Catherine House our new innovative 10-unit therapeutic housing scheme.

The women staying at both schemes will have a variety of complex and multiple needs resulting in significant histories of trauma, repetitive periods of homelessness and will have struggled to engage with other support services. Both services aim to support women out of homelessness. Using a harm reduction model Annesgate aims to meet the immediate support needs of homeless women while Catherine House using a therapeutic model will support women to gain the skills and confidence needed to take the next steps to living independently.
