We are currently looking for a Corporate Legal & Regulatory Consultant in Middlesex. Our busy team work with all types of export documentation, working closely with our customers and the London Chamber of Commerce to meet deadlines.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing documentation for authentication by Notaries, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and Embassies
- Register all document requests on our internal database, keep the database up to date in the event of queries and complete files in a timely fashion once a job has been completed.
- Oversee the legalisation of documentation in other markets, forming our international legalisation hub
- Communicate with international CIBT offices/partner agents to address any queries and liaise with clients to remedy any issues
- Arranging the translation of documentation via a third-party agent
- Ensure that all documents are processed through the necessary steps and clients are charged correctly.
- Basic administrative support may be required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to changing business/client needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous office experience preferred but not essential.
- Able to work in-office Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm
