Corporate Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our global legal team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations, commercial sales, and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic legal advice to minimize business risks and support our company's objectives
  • Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Mentor and develop other lawyers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry-related topics and changes in the law

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer
  • Experience leading and mentoring lawyers
  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
