**Customer Service Administrator (9 month contract) / Dartford /£20,000 - 23,000**
**Overview**:
My client, a market leading, manufacturer is looking to recruit a skilled customer service administrator. The role will be heavily administration based and ensure that the day-to-day sales activities are conducted accurately.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Answer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and build relationships with customers
- Pro-actively sell, maintain and expand sales of products
- Process sales orders
- Proactively liaise with internal teams
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Good communication skills and proven teamwork skills across and with other departments
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, organisational and report writing skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication
**Package**:
- Salary (£20,000 - £23,000)
- 1 day work from homer per week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 35 hour working week
