Engage Hub is our Influencer Marketing, Social Media and Advertising agency, located in Manchester. Through this division we offer a variety of innovative and flexible solutions across digital, to ensure a client’s campaign stops its audience in their tracks, and turns their attention into action. We are made up of strategists, influencer specialists, paid media experts and social media managers.

Engage Studio is our in-house team, located in Manchester, and made up of highly skilled digital-first creatives. We are strategists, designers, producers and directors who work to connect a brand to its audience through powerful storytelling and trend-led creative executions.

At Engage Hub, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and hands-on Senior Paid Media Executive, who will work across research, planning and implementation of Paid Media campaigns across our client base. In this role, you’ll work across our entire Paid Media client base, which range from FMCG brands to food and drinks related.

**What will you be doing**:In this role, you will be a lead on driving best practice and excellence across our Paid Media client base, through the execution of their Paid Media campaigns. You will be building Paid Media Advertising campaigns, and also will optimize any Paid Media activity, as well report on the success of activations, in relation to agreed KPIs - all in mind to achieve optimal campaign results.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you’ll also:

- Be one of the key points of contact internally, and client-wise, on Advertising-related matters.
- Have a strong knowledge of working across Advertising Platforms, ideally Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads, and secondarily Native Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads.
- Create data-led Paid Media Plans across our Advertising client base.
- Have a strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and conversion tracking and UTMs.
- Be experienced in website CRO best practices.
- Be one of the key points of contact for paid channel account representatives.
- Working closely with the agency teams, across multiple accounts, to deliver excellent results and service.
