**Job Purpose**
- Energise Energy specialise in EV charging installation and Smart Metering Solutions. We have a vacancy for a Operational Support Planner to join our ever-expanding team in Doncaster_
- To provide efficient future job planning for a team of field engineers including the management of in day job jeopardy to always achieve maximum output, whilst managing customer expectations._
- Occasional to our Auckley site_

**Key responsibilities**
- Co-ordinating engineer appointments via in house and customer software effectively to achieve maximum output
- Contacting existing customers to arrange engineer appointments via telephone
- Ensuring all job/customer records are completed in full and with a high level of accuracy
- Investigation of aborted jobs and identification of root cause
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating any issues to the OSTL
- Producing reports for management on contract progress
- Maintenance of departmental KPI’s

**Additional responsibilities**
- Contacting of existing customers to offer new products and services
- Providing desk top surveys of EV charger installs to identify any non-standard requirements
- Provide customer quotations for any non-standard works in line with company price structure
- Follow up customer contacts generated through the company website via telephone
- Additional tasks as allocated that fall within the skill-set of the role holder

**Essential Qualifications for the role**
- GCSE in maths and English

**Essential skills for the role**
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, working accurately under pressure
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office experience using Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage constantly changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Customer focused

**Role details**
- Office based
- 22 days holiday - extra days holiday on your yearly work anniversary
- Basic £21,000
- 40 hours per week
