Our client who pride themselves on their quality products and services are a leading manufacturer of Windows and Doors. They have an exciting opportunity for an Order Administrator to join their small and friendly team based in Barnwood, Gloucester on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit team where full training & support will be provided No previous experience is required as long as you have the right attitude and determination our client rewards their staff with regular pay increases and further development opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing quotations & processing of orders on the company’s in house software in a timely manner based on customer drawings.
- Producing order acknowledgments with delivery dates directed by the Commercial Manager.
- To be part of a close-knit team, with a proactive approach and the ability to work under own initiative.
- To carry out other ad hoc duties as required by the Commercial Manager.
- Excellent organisational skill with previous office experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to pick up new IT systems quickly.
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings ideal, however training will be provided.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

**Salary**:£23k + team monthly bonus earning potential + regular salary reviews
