**Who we’re looking for**

We are currently seeking to recruit a Projects Officer to support the delivery of new school projects in the Projects Unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new challenge in a project support role. As the Projects Officer, you will not only provide administrative support - rather, your responsibilities will be tied to the success of the projects. You will be responsible for administering staff recruitment and training plans, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities and implementing trust systems and infrastructure. You will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams, Principals and wider Service Teams within the Star Central Office to ensure project deliverables are met.

You must be personable, organised, efficient, responsive and possess the skills and abilities to support the needs of a small team within a fast-paced environment. This role is flexible in day-to-day duties and the role will change depending on the needs of the project.

This is a role that will require you to travel anywhere within the UK where new school projects emerge, and therefore being a car user is essential.

The trust is currently operating hybrid office and homeworking arrangements. Office working will be based in our Trust Headquarters in Blackburn.

**You will hav**e**:

- A degree qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of coordinating small projects.
- The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
- Willingness to undertake travel as part of role.
