**Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Boston Spa**

This position is perfect for anyone with a degree and looking to start a career working with children or young adults, especially within SEN.

In this role, collaboration and teamwork are crucial as you will work closely with the teachers and SENCo to address student needs. You will be provided with various responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you daily

**Starting ASAP**, this term-time-only role will last for the remainder of the 2023/24 academic year and offers an excellent salary of **£430 - £450 per week.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- 1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff.
- Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task.
- Helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Supporting pupils in social and emotional well-being.
- Ensuring all pupils feel valued and included in the classroom.

In this role, you’ll provide practical learning support to their learners under the guidance of the class teachers and SENCo.

- Passion and enthusiasm to shape the next generation.
- An interest in secondary school education or SEN.
- Have high expectations of teaching and learning.
- Ability to relate well to pupils and adults.
- To have good communication skills
- To be confident, self-assured and happy.
- Be keen to develop as a professional
