**Digital Marketer at Growth by Design - FULL TIME**

**What are the Pay and Benefits?**

The salary for this digital marketer role is between **£28,000 to £31,000** per year dependent upon experience and capability.

The company also operates a sales commission scheme for introduced business.

A company pension is also available to all team members.

**What will your role be?**

As a marketing executive at Growth by Design, your role is mainly focused on enhancing brand identity for clients, helping them with lead generation and client nurturing and assisting them with reputation management.

**Required Qualifications and Abilities**
- Experience in planning and delivering digital and traditional marketing services (much more than internships, or training projects)
- Confident use of Apple Mac computers and office/marketing software
- **Strong** written, verbal, and listening skills.
- English language qualification (GCSE grade C or equivalent or above)

**Important Digital Marketer Skills for You to Possess**
- A marketing qualification such as CIM / DMI diploma or similar
- Copywriting skills for blogging / general content creation.
- Ability to plan, create and manage Google Ads / other Paid Advertising
- Effective social media content creation and page management.
- Graphic design skills (basic to intermediate) using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar
- Ability to easily adapt content within a WordPress website setting.
- Strong personal organisational skills.

**Desirable other Skills and Capabilities**
- More advanced website design/development skills
- Capability in using analytics (e.g. Google Analytics / SEMrush)
- Further SEO skills
- Ability to produce short videos (vlogs, promo, explainer videos) using basic video equipment and Final Cut Pro X / other editing software.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**:
**Job Location**:
It is important you are able to travel to our offices easily (East Sussex) for a minimum of 2 days per week. These are normally on Wednesday and Thursday, but can be more based on client meeting / team meeting needs. Other days can be worked remotely by agreement.

If you would prefer to work from the office every day, that's fine too.

**Working hours**
- **FULL-TIME ROLE**_ _- 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm_
